Warranty and Product Information

Carryboy products come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty does not apply to the following:

• Products not installed on the original vehicle.

• Extreme or abnormal off-road use.

• Abuse, misuse, negligence, or accidental damage.

• Modification of the product or any of its components.

• Failure to follow regular servicing as outlined in the Service and Maintenance Guide.

• Paint scuffing on the vehicle caused by contact with the canopy or hard lid.

• Gelcoat cracking — this is a normal characteristic of fibreglass and not considered a structural defect.

• Driving with the rear door or side windows open.

Service and Maintenance Guide

Mounting and Fasteners

• Ensure all mounting bolts remain tight at all times.

• Regularly check screws and bolts securing doors and windows to ensure they are properly tightened.

Locks and Keys

• Keep all locks and key recesses on windows and the rear door clean and free from debris.

Cleaning and Polishing

• Do not use abrasive compounds on painted surfaces. Use a wax-based polish for maintenance.

• Clean all rubber seals on the canopy and lightly apply silicone spray to maintain flexibility and prevent wear.

Roof Rails Load Capacity

• The canopy roof rails have a recommended maximum load of 85 kg evenly distributed.
